How I Work

I see therapy as a collaborative and supportive process, where healing happens with connection and understanding through relationships. Our work together can provide an anchor - a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what you are experiencing.

Using an integrative therapeutic approach, I can support you in the following ways:

  • Using trauma informed approach to exploring early experiences and how they might be influencing how you feel and relate to others today.

  • Managing anxiety, stress and burnout using evidence-based tools.

  • Strengthening your relationships by improving communication and managing conflict.

  • Navigating major life transitions, uncertainty and loss.

  • Exploring themes of identity and purpose.

Sessions are guided by your needs and goals, and we will work at a pace that feels right for you. My practice focuses on building insight and self-acceptance, while also supporting meaningful and lasting change. I aim to help you feel more grounded, authentic, and confident in yourself, both within and beyond the therapy room.
